Chello Auto Sales is an independent used car dealership located on S 356th Street in Federal Way. We intentionally keep our inventory small so we can personally inspect and prepare every vehicle we sell.
Our approach
We started with a simple idea: buying a used car should be straightforward and transparent. Instead of focusing on high-volume sales and pressure, we focus on carefully selected vehicles, fair pricing, and a buying experience that customers can feel comfortable with.
What that means in practice
Every vehicle goes through a detailed mechanical inspection before it's listed for sale. We check important components such as the brakes, tires, fluids, and suspension, and complete necessary repairs or maintenance before offering the vehicle for sale.
We also review each vehicle's history. Vehicles with branded titles, structural damage, or major history issues we cannot verify are not added to our inventory.
Pricing
The price you see online is the vehicle's advertised price. We clearly explain applicable taxes, title and licensing costs, and any permitted documentation fees. We do not add mandatory dealer preparation packages or market-adjustment fees.

We also work with out-of-state buyers. We can provide additional photos or a walk-around video, along with the vehicle's inspection information and history report. We can also help coordinate vehicle transportation when needed.
