This policy explains what information Chello Auto Sales collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in a message, credit application or trade-in form. Credit applications additionally collect the financial and employment information lenders require to make a decision.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that referred you, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a test drive or purchase
- To submit credit applications to lenders on your behalf, with your consent
- To send you information about vehicles matching what you asked for, if you opted in
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
Who we share it with
Credit application data is shared only with the lenders we submit to, and only with your explicit consent. We do not sell personal information. Service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) process data on our behalf under contract.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@chelloautosales.com or call 253-409-7136. We retain records of completed transactions as long as state and federal law requires.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie required for forms to work securely, and stores saved and compared vehicles in your browser local storage. Analytics cookies are used only where the tracking settings have been enabled by the dealership.
